In addition, we may be using “no contact” delivery procedures. After confirming that the
recipient is available to accept, their gift will be left at the door and the delivery driver will step back a

When the initial delivery attempt resulted in no one at home, the driver contacted my daughter and returned later when she was home- very accommodating!
Also, in fulfilling the order, the Greenhouse called me to ask if they could substitute some red tulips to combine with the yellow ones to assure only the freshest tulips were used - again, a personal touch!
